We assemble your diving system, configured to your specific needs and absolutely guarantee the fit in our center and our indoor heated pool at no extra charge. |

| We will make sure you are fully aware of all the features and benefits in the equipment you have selected and that you are trained in the purpose and use of these functions & features at no extra charge. |
| Our staff will do everything possible to help you stay within your budget, and to make sure you get the most "bang" for your buck. After completing our Personal Information Diving Form, we will have a better idea of assisting you toward the selection of diving products that will most benefit your diving desires. | We advise you when your annual service is due, usually one month in advance, and are here to honor all manufacturers' warranties for you at no extra charge. | 
| You are always welcome to come "take a dive" in our indoor heated pool to refresh your diving skills or get "reacquainted" with your equipment at no charge. Those that may possibly be considering making a career either thru our Divemaster or Instructor Program must use equipment consistent with what our store provides. This comfort and safety issue runs deep in the roots or our personal philosophy and in the best interest of our students as well. |

| All appropriate products that we offer include a full U.S. warranties. We will assist you in completing the forms and where possible - personally register all warranty information for you. Unlike items purchased overseas that won't be included with a U.S. warranty, The SCUBA Connection only stocks products that will be eligible for full U.S. warranties to protect our customers for years down the road. We are also here to instantly resolve any warranty issues that may arise at no extra charge to you. |
